    Terms and Conditions

    • All item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
    • We do not accept returns on bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, lingerie, beauty items, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets) or discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
    • Items you wish to return must be mailed back to our dispatching department within 1 week of receiving your parcel for local orders.
    • Zealo is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at dispatching department. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
    • All return requests will be processed within 1 week upon receipt of returned items.
    • Color may vary across screens and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both. Returns for such reasons are acceptable for normal priced items, provided that it meets the Returns T&Cs. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns due to this reason as a defect.
    • All requests to exchange previously received store credit refund vouchers for refunds in the original form of payment after the time and date listed above will not be entertained.
    • Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
    • Refunds are made to you in form of Store Credit/Paypal Refund/BPI or BDO transfer, free of charge.
    • Costs and responsibilities associated with returning an item shall be assumed by you, except only if the items you received are damaged upon arrival or different from the ones you ordered.
    STORE CREDIT means that instead of money, it has a certain amount of money you can spend in your account on www.zealo.ph. Take note that it may not be used together with any other promotional coupon code. 

    RETURN OPTIONS
    1. STORE CREDITS
    • Refund via Store Credits is free of charge; Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. To process Return and Refund - Store Credits, simply follow the steps below:
    • Submit a Return Ticket. Please wait for an email confirming your request within 48 hours.
    • Ship the item back to our Returns Address within 1 week of submission of return ticket.
    • You will receive a notification via email as soon as your Return package has been processed. Processing takes 1 week upon receipt of your package.
    • Store Credits will be made to you in the form of Coupon Code equivalent to the amount refunded to you.
    • Use your Store Credits for future purchases at www.zealo.ph
         2.PAYPAL
    • Refund via Paypal is free of charge and valid only if original payment method used was Paypal. Original Shipping fees are nonrefundable. To process Return and Refund - Paypal, please follow the steps below:
    • Submit a Return Ticket. Please wait for an email confirming your request within 48 hours of submission.
    • Ship the item back to our Returns Address within 1 week of submission of return ticket.
    • You will receive a notification via email as soon as your package reaches our address. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your package.
    • Refund will be made to your Paypal Account. 

        3.BDO/ BPI BANK TRANSFER

    • Refund via BDO/BPI bank transfer is free of charge. Original Shipping fees are nonrefundable. To process Return and Refund - BDO/BPI bank transfer, please follow the steps below:
    • Submit a Return Ticket. Kindly include your BDO/BPI account name and account number. Please wait for an email confirming your request within 48 hours of submission.
    • Ship the item back to our Returns Address within 1 week of submission of return ticket.
    • You will receive a notification via email as soon as your package reaches our address. Refunds will be processed within 1 week after we receive your package.
    • Refund will be made to your BDO/BPI Account.
